Services:
We offer family medical coverage, excluding obstetrical care. We are pleased to offer laboratory and radiology services in our office. We perform blood-draws and radiology services such as chest x-rays and extremity films in the office. Decatur Memorial Hospital will charge for the lab and x-ray services and a DMH radiologist will read the films. We utilize a specialized procedure room for procedures such as, laceration repair, skin lesion removals and other minor surgical procedures.
